If you're looking for primary care or specialized care within the Tufts Medicine network, the service streamlines appointment scheduling, specialty referrals, and care coordination, reducing barriers and saving time.

From a routine primary care check-up to expert specialty care teams, Tufts Medicine Care Navigation will provide you with the care you need, in a timely way. 

All Tufts University employees and their dependents are eligible to call to set up new and routine appointments within the Tufts Medicine health system.

Tufts University employees can call 617-636-1300 for one call resolution and rapid access to Tufts Medicine health care.   

Your call will be answered by a dedicated staff member 7 a.m.–7 p.m., 7 days a week. If you need to call after hours, you can leave a voicemail regarding non-urgent needs, and your call will be returned promptly the next day.
