Student Health Services Privacy Notice

Student Health Services staff are healthcare professionals and are bound by law and professional ethics to protect the confidentiality of your medical information. We will not disclose information about your care or treatment to deans, professors, university staff, family members, friends, or other students without your permission. There may be situations where we are required by law to notify school administration or your emergency contact if there is a serious danger to you or someone else.
